Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Provide cloud operations support for production and staging environments (AWS).
Perform Linux/Windows server administration, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and L2 incident resolution.
Execute and manage OS patch management for both Linux and Windows servers using automation tools.
Handle application deployments through CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment tools.
Monitor system health using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar platforms.
Support operational security tasks (IAM policies, certificates, secrets management, guardrails).
Participate in change management processes, incident management, and address escalations.
Perform rotational standby/on-call support when required.
