**L2 Operational Support – Italian Speaking**
**Location: Budapest, Hungary**
**Job Type: Full-time**
**Work Model: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)**
**About the role**
As an L2 Operational Support Specialist (Italian Speaking), you will make an impact by ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our global mobile device ecosystem. You will be a valued member of the Mobility Operations team and collaborate closely with regional IT teams, platform owners, and security stakeholders.
**In this role, you will:**
**Operational Support**
+ Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex mobility incidents escalated from L1.
+ Diagnose and resolve device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment issues.
+ Support OS upgrades, patching cycles, and full device lifecycle operations.
**Location: Budapest, Hungary**
