L2 Data Infrastructure Support Engineers

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled L2 Data Infrastructure Support Engineers to ensure the reliable transfer of industrial data from customer sites to our iCenter. You will monitor end-to-end data flows, resolve connectivity and infrastructure issues, and support diagnostic engineers with timely access to rotating equipment data (e.g., gas turbines, compressors, generators).
This role is part of a long-term service contract with a key player in Industrial Energy Technology , offering the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-growing global team that supports a worldwide fleet of industrial assets.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Support
Track, manage and resolve tickets (via ServiceNow) for incidents, changes, and infrastructure issues.
Troubleshoot issues across
Data transfer pipelines and acquisition delays (e.g., Triplog missing, frozen data, NoN, missing data).
OSM (On-Site Monitor) server fleet (remote monitoring and resolution).
