1. Influencer Sourcing & Development
- Identify, recruit, and develop influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and other social platforms.
- Build and maintain influencer databases in target markets, including North America, Europe, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
- Source influencers across various verticals such as Beauty, Consumer Electronics (3C), Fashion, Lifestyle, and Home & Living.
2. Partnership Negotiation & Contract Management
- Independently manage influencer outreach, relationship building, rate negotiations, contract drafting, and partnership agreements.
- Control collaboration costs and optimize campaign ROI while ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
