A new, exciting opportunity has arisen for a knowledge & Innovation Assistant to join a leading, innovative law firm in Jersey. This is a busy and rewarding role, the main purpose is to support the delivery of knowledge and innovation solutions while ensuring consistency of approach across offices.
Main Responsibilities:
Maintaining the know-how database.
Automating documents and maintaining templates.
Maintaining content on global knowledge platforms.
Applying house style to knowledge documents.
Assisting in legal operations projects.
Assisting in the continued development of AI resources and training.
Assisting with onboarding new starters.
Required Skills & Experience:
A degree in law or related subject.
Strong IT skills.
Experience using AI tools.
Law firm or professional services environment background preferred.
