**Job Description**
This role supports CNC machining operations by preparing, organizing, and staging all tools, materials, fixtures, and documentation required for production in an aerospace machine shop environment. The Kitting Specialist ensures machinists receive complete and accurate kits so they can run jobs efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare and stage complete production kits for CNC machining operations, including tools, materials, fixtures, and all required documentation.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and job travelers to determine the correct tools, components, and materials needed for each job.
+ Identify, pull, and return CNC tooling and accessories from the tool crib, such as end mills, drills, inserts, reamers, and taps.
