Kitchener TFC Competitive Programs Coordinator

Overview

The Competitive Programs Coordinator will be the administrative/operational lead for the Club’s competitive programs, while supporting program growth and providing excellent customer service to the competitive categories.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for competitive program inquiries, delivering timely, professional, and customer-focused communication.
• Perform general administrative duties, including verification and tracking of coaching certifications and requirements, onboarding volunteer coaches, and approving required documentation and forms.
• Manage the setup and maintenance of registration systems and operational processes within our registration platform.
• Coordinate and manage field bookings for competitive home games, festivals, and game reschedules.
