As a Kitchen Steward at Cabot Cape Breton, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our culinary facilities. Your responsibilities include washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as ensuring they are sanitized and stored properly. You will assist in the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors, removing trash, and cleaning work surfaces.
