Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in preparing ingredients for seafood and other menu items
- Clean, cut, and portion fish, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Support in cooking, plating, and basic food preparation as directed by senior chefs
- Ensure proper storage of food items (FIFO method)
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment when required
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen deliveries
