Key Responsibilities:
• Lead & Manage: Supervise kitchen staff, schedule shifts, and ensure a smooth, efficient operation.
• Quality Control: Maintain top-notch food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards in line with our brand.
• Training & Development: Onboard, train, and coach kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional environment.
• Cleanliness: Manage out high standard of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas.
Availability: Ability to work weekends and holidays. 45 - 50 hours a week.
