Job Overview
We are looking for a professional kitchen designer to develop kitchen and food service processes with clients and other designers. The role involves creating technical plans using information modeling, conducting equipment surveys, material procurement, and, if experienced, participating in acquisition, offers, and cost calculations.
Responsibilities
- Create technical plans using information modeling that fit customer needs and operational practices.
- Conduct equipment surveys and material procurement for equipment competitions.
- Participate in acquiring assignments, preparing offers, and cost calculations based on experience.
- Collaborate with clients, kitchen designers, project managers, and other design disciplines.
- Support projects from concept design to central kitchens, restaurants, and cafes across public and private operators.
