Job Overview

Kitchen Hygiene Officer in a Greek hotel. Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment throughout the service day.

Core Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize plates, glasses, dishes, cutlery and kitchen tools.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen equipment, trays, and work surfaces.
• Support overall cleanliness to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow service schedules for breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Reliable, structured, and physically active.
• EU passport required.
• Previous hands‑on experience in a kitchen or dishwashing environment preferred.
