Kitchen Assistant Full-Time

Position Summary The Kitchen Assistant supports the Dolce Bakery team by performing a variety of essential prep, cleaning, and organizational tasks that keep the kitchen running smoothly.

This hands-on role works across all areas of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and consistency while maintaining a positive and team-oriented attitude.

Essential Responsibilities Assist with production tasks such as scooping, rolling, portioning, and turning out cakes Mix icing and custom colors, prep cookie kits, and portion doughs and fillings Support inventory and kitchen organization by refilling ingredient bins, rotating stock, disposing of expired items, and restocking supplies Tubbing, juicing, and pureeing as needed for production support Assist with daily kitchen cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, and sanitizing workstations Put away clean dishes and maintain organization in dish areas Help with bakery closing duties and follow daily cleani...
