Job Description
We are currently looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our busy kitchen team, supporting our Events Head Chef and functions team at the Leas Cliff Hall. You will help deliver the first‑class food and hospitality that our customers expect.
Working in our Channel Suite, no two days are the same. This dedicated and dynamic function space hosts conferences, parties, weddings, wakes, and even exhibitions, all situated beneath Kent's premier entertainment venue, The Leas Cliff Hall.
Responsibilities
- Basic food preparation, including washing, peeling and preparing food items.
- Maintain cleanliness of all materials passing through the kitchen in line with company policy, including machinery, cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, floors, tiles, refrigerators and storage areas.
