Kinesiologist

Under the general supervision of the Manager, the Kinesiologist I performs professional duties relating to exercise and health lifestyle assessment, programming, education and management of clients using all appropriate kinesiology techniques. The Kinesiologist I ensure his/her practice of evidence based, client centered and meets the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP), Canadian Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP) standards of practice. This position is responsible for collaborating with the Manager and the interdisciplinary team in developing evidence-based practice particularly in the area of exercise and health lifestyle promotion. This position works closely with other health care disciplines to ensure timely and effective care provisions.
