- Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment that promotes active learning and engagement for children aged 2–3.
- Plan, develop, and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and daily learning activities aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through interactive and play-based learning experiences.
- Observe, assess, and monitor students' development and progress, providing individualized guidance and support when needed.
- Maintain effective classroom management and establish consistent routines suitable for toddlers.
