Our Retail team is looking for a Full‑Time Key Holder at our Chinatown location! You will have the exciting opportunity to improve your customer experience skills and gain deeper knowledge of the fashion industry. As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for delivering outstanding guest experience in our retail stores and play a vital role in ensuring the success of the Livestock team.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipment, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues effectively at the store level in a timely and positive manner.
• Stay current on product and service updates.
