Job Description
1.Interface with installer clients in Philippine, including key account groups. Handle email communications and on-site visits, assist clients with system installation, commissioning, after-sales service and operation & maintenance. Respond promptly to customer requests, resolve their technical issues, and address all product-related demands.
2.Fault Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze system fault-related data to identify potential problems and trends. Prepare detailed fault analysis reports for internal teams' reference and provide improvement recommendations.
3.Compilation and Summary of Product Quality Issues: Gather product requirements and feedback on quality problems, then communicate this information to the quality and internal product teams to drive product improvements.
