This position reports to: Order Management Lead

• Work with Sales teams to develop, implement, and manage the local key accounts strategy focusing on service level and overall customer satisfaction.
• Ensure full compliance with agreed service levels through maintaining direct contact with key accounts.
• Showcase expertise by ensuring full alignment within customer operations and continuous improvement functions.
