Job Description
We have an opportunity with a multinational company in the automotive sector that is seeking a Manager - CSP Extra Heavy & Key Account, based in São Bernardo do Campo (SP), under a flexible hybrid work model.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage strategic after-sales relationships with Extra Heavy and key account customers, acting as the main point of accountability.
- Monitor fleet data to anticipate issues, define preventive actions, and ensure customer uptime and service performance.
- Drive the adoption and usage of CSP digital tools and solutions, such as Fleetboard, Uptime, and MyTruckPoint.
- Coordinate resolution of complex issues with Technical Support, Logistics, and Warranty, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Identify business development opportunities within key accounts, expanding service contracts and promoting CSP offerings.
