Key Account Manager – Steel Wire Rope
Hemel Hempstead, HP2 – based on-site, not field-based
Our client is an £8 million successful UK business with a team of 45 employees working across four divisions.
Their high performing Wire Rope Division is expanding and are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager Sales Manager to take ownership of strategic customer accounts to ensure retention, growth & long term profitability.
Success in this role means taking a proactive approach to account management, increasing spend & uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic Key Accounts within the Wire Rope Division
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, engineers, and operational stakeholders
• Increase customer spend, share of wallet, and profitability across assigned accounts
