Job Description
The Syneos Health Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for achieving local access and sales targets for a lead product assigned to that territory by the business in the cardiometabolism space, Familial Chylomicronemia Syndrome (FCS) as the initial ultra-orphan indication, with Severe Hypertriglyceridemia (SHTG) in development.
