Overview

We are looking for an energetic Key Account Manager to join Puntan Smart Locker’s client team. In this role you will actively manage and develop customer relationships, overseeing the entire order‑to‑delivery process and leading individual projects from start to finish to production.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and develop customer relationships and oversee the entire order‑to‑delivery process.
• Develop and expand existing customer relationships.
• Lead and execute individual new customer projects from initiation to production in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely order backlog processing and maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales roles.
