- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by driving sustainable growth across key modern trade accounts, such as Modern Pharmacy, Hyper/Supermarket & Minimarket channel.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new distributors and key accounts, while maximizing revenue through up-selling and cross-selling within the existing customer base.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation through to successful deal closure and post-sales follow-up.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key modern trade partners, acting as a trusted commercial partner.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate sales forecasting, account planning, and execution aligned with business objectives.
