Responsibilities:


Sales Performance and Target Achievement:

  • Operationally manage a dedicated set of accounts (especially Reliance), driving both primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and identify growth opportunities within the assigned accounts.

Business Metrics Ownership:

  • Co-own key business metrics (assortment, fill rate, lead times) with Key Account Managers (KAM).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and streamline supply chain processes

Stock Availability and Fill-Rate Management:

  • Ensure optimal stock availability by participating in stock arrangement activities in liaison with Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Maintain and improve effective fill rates, minimizing stockouts and enhancing customer satisfaction.
