Job Description

MISSION:


The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing key accounts to ensure busines results , maintaining a long term relationship with customers and maximizing sales opportunities within them. Profitabilty and Share growth as key priorities-

Achieve channel objectives set by the company.


MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:


  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop strong business plans for key customers with full year vision
  • Negotiate trade terms
  • Ensure perfect in-store execution of the plans
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
