Purpose of the role
The Vendor Key Account Manager is the direct contact person for the key vendors of IB MRO. The purpose of the role is to maintain and develop relationships with important vendors to ensure positive working relationships with key accounts.
Key milestones & challenge
- Support IB MRO ensure correct operational performance of its suppliers and ensure continuous improvement.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key vendors of operational and financial importance.
- Develop Vendor Booklet, vendor QBR and vendor escalation path.
- Anticipate operational disruptions and assure effective topics escalations within suppliers.
