Key Performance Indicators
- Start and build distribution
- Build a business process
- Network of dealers who will sell the equipment (car dealerships, garages, service stations)
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy to bring our products to market; setting and achieving sales targets and goals.
- Managing the sales team, including hiring, training and motivating employees.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.
- Monitoring and analysing market trends and competition to ensure product competitiveness.
- Organising marketing and promotional activities to promote products.
