Key Performance Indicators

• Start and build distribution
• Build a business process
• Network of dealers who will sell the equipment (car dealerships, garages, service stations)

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a sales strategy to bring our products to market; setting and achieving sales targets and goals.
• Managing the sales team, including hiring, training and motivating employees.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.
• Monitoring and analysing market trends and competition to ensure product competitiveness.
• Organising marketing and promotional activities to promote products.
