About the Role Comprehensive management of key accounts and coordination of all customer‑related activities.
Responsibilities Preparation and presentation of commercial offers. Regular customer visits and participation in strategic meetings. Presentation of new products and technical‑commercial support. Creation, maintenance, and expansion of the customer portfolio. Follow‑up of commercial and technical projects. Preparation of the annual sales budget and variance analysis. Preparation of commercial reports and reporting to management. Registration and follow‑up of FQRs in specific systems. Use of SAP (Sales module) for order, pricing, and contract management. Updating price lists and commercial conditions. Review and resolution of invoice price discrepancies. Quotation and follow‑up of commercial samples.
