We are seeking a values-driven and culturally grounded Kairaranga to join our team.

The Kairaranga plays a pivotal role in weaving together tamariki, whānau, hapū, iwi and community supports to ensure practice upholds whakapapa, mana and whānau-led decision making.

This is not a statutory social work role — it is a cultural leadership and system navigation role that strengthens practice integrity and community partnership.
