Citi’s Kafka as-a-Service (KaaS) team is looking for an experienced engineer to support Kafka operations, leveraging over 5 years of experience in Application & Infrastructure Operations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, providing technical support and managing incident resolution while promoting operational efficiency and documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities: • Contribute to KaaS global support and operational tasks • Liaise with platform engineering teams for alignment • Implement internal business continuity and resiliency checks • Manage releases and support incident/problem resolutions • Document technical support processes comprehensively
