Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all local and international transport, including road, sea, and air freight
- Obtaining and comparing transport quotes to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions
- Planning and scheduling deliveries, ensuring alignment with warehouse and sales operations
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of product weights, dimensions, and logistics data
- Liaising with branches, suppliers, and transport providers to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinating interbranch transfers and ensuring all required documentation is completed
- Monitoring delivery schedules and communicating any changes to relevant stakeholders
- Handling transport-related insurance claims and resolving logistics issues
- Supporting export processes, including assisting with shipping quotes and container logistics
- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve transport efficiency and processes
