Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and setup of printing software and hardware at client sites
• Support colour management tasks: calibration, profiling, and quality checks under supervision
• Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, remote, and on-site visits
• Log support calls, track issues, and update job records using company systems
• Assist senior technicians with machine troubleshooting and maintenance
