Junior Technical Solutions Consultant - Remote Support

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Junior Technical Solutions Consultant for a remote support role. This hybrid position requires an average of 2 days a week at an HPE office in Mexico City. The candidate will resolve technical issues, assist customers, and support the Sales Pursuit team.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in IT or Industrial Engineering, expect to graduate by 2025, and have basic experience in customer environments. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is advantageous.
