We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented System Support Analyst to solve all the AD Solution System (financial system) incidents within Service Now program
according to the catalog service. Improve the use of this program in Publicis Groupe by
informing the users of Brazil (Agencies and SSC) how to use it.
