Job Title: Junior Support Analyst (N1 Application Support) Location: Brazil (Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview To support front-office applications within the Fixed Income Sales and Trading environment. Responsibilities Provide first-level support for front-office fixed income applications. Maintain constant interaction with traders and middle-office teams to handle incidents and operational queries. Perform daily reconciliation activities. Identify, analyze, and escalate issues to Level 2 support teams. Track and follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolution. Support data validation activities.
