Experience
- Professional Chef Qualification / Culinary Diploma (essential)
- Food Safety and Hygiene Certification (advantageous)
Experience
- Minimum 24 years experience in a professional kitchen
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role preferred
- Experience in hospitality, luxury lodges, or fine dining environments is advantageous
- Experience in a la carte and plated service preferred
- Good culinary knowledge and cooking techniques
- Strong understanding of food preparation and presentation
- Basic stock control and food costing knowledge
- Good leadership and team support skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
