Job Description

The Junior Sous Chef assists the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals that meet the lodge’s luxury standards. This role is responsible for supporting kitchen operations, supervising junior kitchen staff, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting with stock control. The Junior Sous Chef plays an important role in maintaining consistency, efficiency, and exceptional guest dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for guests

  • Support the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
