Junior Setting Out Engineer - Bristol

We are seeking a Junior Level Setting Out Engineer, looking to be themselves in with a company with lots of drive and ambition! This is a permanent position, specifically with a civil engineering contractor that operates across the M5 / M4 Corridor and typically delivers projects up to £5M.

Key Responsibilities

• General site set‑up and establishment of control points
• Setting out works in accordance with project drawings and specifications
• Conducting quality checks and ensuring works meet required standards
• Recording and maintaining accurate site documentation
• Liaising with site management and subcontractors as required

Qualifications

• Some experience as a Setting Out Engineer (ideally 6 months+)
• Competent with relevant surveying equipment and software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid CSCS card (Preferred)
