Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, Technical Support, or IT Support Operations
- Basic knowledge of Incident Management
- Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM concepts and service management processes
- Experience managing and handling Tickets / Service Requests
- Basic experience creating, maintaining, or using Knowledge Base (KB) articles
- Advanced or Fluent English
- Must be located within a maximum commuting distance of approximately 1 hour from Londrina, PR
