We are looking for a Junior Service Desk Analyst who wants to learn and transform their career.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, Technical Support, or IT Support Operations
  • Basic knowledge of Incident Management
  • Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM concepts and service management processes
  • Experience managing and handling Tickets / Service Requests
  • Basic experience creating, maintaining, or using Knowledge Base (KB) articles
  • Advanced or Fluent English
  • Must be located within a maximum commuting distance of approximately 1 hour from Londrina, PR
