Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Service Delivery Engineer to join a busy on‑site IT support team in Cumbria. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career or looking to build hands‑on experience in a real working environment.

You’ll be fully supported with training and development , making this an ideal role if you have a basic IT understanding and a strong willingness to learn.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing on‑site deskside support to end users (hardware & software issues)
• Setting up and delivering IT equipment (laptops, phones, tablets, etc.)
• Troubleshooting everyday IT problems in a Windows environment
• Supporting users face‑to‑face to keep them up and running
• Managing your own support tickets and working to targets
