We’re looking for a Junior Service Delivery Engineer to join a busy on‑site IT support team in Cumbria. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career or looking to build hands‑on experience in a real working environment. You'll be fully supported with training and development, making this an ideal role if you have a basic IT understanding and a strong willingness to learn.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing on‑site deskside support to end users (hardware & software issues)
- Setting up and delivering IT equipment (laptops, phones, tablets, etc.)
- Troubleshooting everyday IT problems in a Windows environment
- Supporting users face‑to‑face to keep them up and running
- Managing your own support tickets and working to targets
