What You Will Do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile practices and principles.
• Work with the development team to identify and address impediments to their workflow.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure a well‑maintained product backlog and effective sprint planning.
• Foster a team environment that encourages self‑organization and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on team performance, helping the team to meet their commitments.
• Assist in conflict resolution and building a productive team culture.

Here’s What We Are Looking For

• 1+ year of experience with Scrum Master.
• Good understanding of basic algorithms and data structures.
• Basic knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and learn new technologies quickly.
• Good level of English.
