Junior SaaS CX & API Support Engineer

D Engage Limited is seeking a Junior CX Support Specialist to join our support team in a fast-paced SaaS environment in Karachi, Pakistan. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, work with Account Managers, Product, and Engineering, and help clients with data flows and integrations.

The role requires 0-1 year of SaaS or technical support experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tickets. Familiarity with APIs, SQL, and helpdesk tools is a plus.
