In this role, you will be instrumental in two key areas: finding the best talent for our partners and ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. This involves managing the recruitment process and supporting the successful onboarding and orientation of all new employees.
As a Junior Recruiter, You Will…
Partner with Recruiting Managers to determine staffing needs.
Interact with applicants and respond to initial inquiries.
Process and track applicant job submissions.
Conduct candidate interviews and assess fit for the position.
Conduct and request tests needed for hiring.
Build relationships with internal employees.
Ensure the orientation and onboarding process runs smoothly.
Use job portals to research potential candidates.
