Junior Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager

The following role has arisen within the company for a Full Time Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager
The Role will include a mixture of Office & Site based work
Duties to included
• Tendering for projects
• Obtaining Quoations from Suppliers and Subcontractors
• Cost Reporting & Variation checking
• Monthly Payment Valuations
• Subcontractor Monitoring
• Liaising & attending fortnightly site meetings
• Health & Safety aspects
Must have a can do attitude and be a motivated individual
