Duties: Evaluate new product samples against HOLB quality policy and international standards, accepting or rejecting samples as appropriate. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate solutions when samples are rejected. Ensure that launched products are safe, brand-aligned, and meet quality requirements. Review inspection reports and liaise with Inspection Agents to ensure batch orders meet AQL standards. Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
