Junior Pump Design Engineer — From Concept to Launch

Franklin Electric Latinoamérica is looking for a skilled Engineer to lead the technical development of centrifugal pumps. The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering background and experience in pump design, working collaboratively with teams from concept through to manufacturing.

As part of the Technical Support department, you'll create CAD models, manage BOMs, and ensure compliance with industry standards while conducting essential tests and improving product designs.
