Junior Project Analyst

This is a remote position. Basic Function The Jr. Project Analyst supports Cost Segregation, Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams by reviewing project intake details, confirming scope, preparing pricing, and developing preliminary benefit analysis estimates. This role ensures project assumptions are accurate, pricing is aligned, and scope is clearly defined prior to engineering review. Positions Intention This role is responsible for preparing accurate and timely Benefit Analyses (BAs) by evaluating real estate data, construction documentation, and tax-related materials, helping set appropriate client expectations and ensuring financial feasibility.
