The Product Engineer plays a key role in supporting high‑volume manufacturing and new product introduction (NPI) for advanced power semiconductor devices, including SiC/Si MOSFET, Diode, JFET technologies. This position focuses on product performance optimization, yield and quality improvement, and data‑driven decision‑making through close collaboration with cross‑functional engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive yield improvement and quality enhancement activities Perform electrical characterization and support failure analysis to identify root causes of product issues. Collaborate closely with Device, Process, Test, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges. Prepare technical reports, engineering summaries, and data‑driven recommendations for internal stakeholders.
